RESOLVED: UTPrint Outage

Service Restored

The UTprint service was unavailable from 6:59 pm to 7:19 pm on 10/8. UTprint support staff and ITS System staff are working with the vendor to determine the cause of the outage. 

The ITS Help Desk has received reports of UTPrint not working in McCombs and ETC starting at approximately 7:00 pm. When customers attempt to retrieve printed items, they receive an error message ‘EDI can’t find server for authentication.’
