As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

RESOLVED: Office365 Service Disruption
Service Restored

As of Oct 13 2:45am, Microsoft has fully restored the email delivery issue with Office365. 

As of Oct 11 10pm, Office365 is experiencing email delivery flow issues, resulting in intermittent delays to some customers.  UT Austin’s monitoring service also picked up alarms.  Microsoft is currently working to restore service. Their engineers have identified a code error that causes some messages to be undeliverable by the transport service. A fix has been developed and is currently being deployed across the affected environment to mitigate end-user impact.  We will report further progress as soon as we receive it.
