As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

RESOLVED: Some Password Resets Delayed to Active Directory
Service Restored

The problem is resolved and the backlog has been cleared.  Password resets are processing normally.

The uTexas Identity Management (TIM) feed to Active Directory is experiencing high volume.  As a result, some password resets on Active Directory may be delayed.  ITS Apps is working to clear the backlog.
