RESOLVED: UT Direct pages loading with significant delays

Service Restored

This issue is Resolved, following this morning’s successful “UT Direct’s Enterprise Data Broker service maintenance”

ITS-Systems (Administrative Systems) staff are making configuration changes to alleviate the slowdowns.  Investigation continues into the root problem.

Reports coming from the ITS Help Desk- As of approximately 9:30 AM but perhaps beginning earlier, UT Direct pages are showing significant (>30 second) delays in load times.
