As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

RESOLVED: Austin Disk Services: Some WebDAV access is read-only
Service Restored

The issue has been resolved.

A change intended for the test environment was accidentally applied to one production server and caused OS X WebDAV clients to treat the server as read-only.


We have received and confirmed reports of read-only access to Austin Disk Services via WebDAV affecting some users and shares.

Systems staff are investigating.
