RESOLVED: Austin Disk Services: WebDAV access read-only for some users
Service Restored

The problematic server’s configuration was updated yesterday and has been operating normally throughout the day. It has been put back into service and we are operating at normal capacity. We will continue to monitor it closely but the issue is considered closed.


It appears the issue has been correct but we will leave the affected server out of service until tomorrow evening to ensure the issue does not present itself again.
Again, service has been normal since before noon but we are running with less capacity and redundancy.
The next update will be 5:00pm tomorrow.


Some OS X clients were treating WebDAV as read-only when connecting to a particular server again. This server has been removed from service while we determine the cause. Service has been restored but Austin Disk’s WebDAV service is operating at decreased capacity and with less redundancy.
