ITS Services Status
During the period from 12 PM Monday 11/4 to 2:30 PM Tuesday 11/5, mail to addresses of the form
may have encountered delivery delays. Other campus mail services such as AEMS and UTMail were not affected.
Some individual messages were delayed for the entire period, while others were delivered in minutes. The error condition cleared by 2:30 p.m. Tuesday November 5th and has not recurred since.
At this time the UTS mail queue is clear. ITS Systems staff have identified the immediate cause of the mail system error that led to the delays, and augmented existing monitoring to detect this previously unseen issue. Root cause analysis continues.
