As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

RESOLVED:  Footprints issues
Service Restored

As of 8:51 am, Footprints seems to be responsive and functioning properly.

Today, November 18, 2013, we have received multiple notifications that staff members are having trouble accessing BMC Footprints. We received notifications starting at 8:31 am that Footprints is slow to respond or unresponsive. The error that is being stated from Footprints is “Gateway Time-out The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.”
