ITS Services Status
Vendor support has determined that this was a database locking issue within the appliance itself. It is a known issue and is resolved by upgrading the appliance software which we are currently planning by end of year. The service is functioning again properly at this time.
UTBackup Service Administrators have been made aware of an issue where logging into the web console is slow and some fields within the web console are blank.
Vendor support has been engaged.
