ITS Services Status
Service has been restored.
The problem has been identified and ITS staff are working to correct the issue.
ITS Systems staff is investigating the issue.
At 5:35pm today, Tuesday, November 26, 2013, we started having some users calling in attempting to reset their passwords for UTmail. They attempt to click on the Manage Account button at utmail.utexas.edu and the page will not load. Same affects happen when users attempt to Create Account. The URL in question is get.utmail.utexas.edu and it will not load. Consultants at the Help Desk are also unable to access the URL and both links via the UTmail home page.
