As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

ITS Services Status

RESOLVED:Emergency Outage - dev/test Oracle ITS RAC database
Service Restored

We have received confirmation from a user that things are working, so this can be considered resolved.

The DEV ITS RAC Oracle database and all services are up and available.  We are now seeing active connections from dev systems, but have not received a confirmation from any testers yet validate that everything is ok. 

The dev/test Oracle ITS RAC database is currently down.  The ITS-Database team is aware of the problem and is currently working to resolve the issue.  At this time, we do not have an ETA on when it will be back up and available.  We will put out an update when there is more information or when the system is back online.
