As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/19/2016.

RESOLVED: Development ITS Central RAC Emergency Outage
Service Restored

The development ITS Central RAC database system is now available. 


This upgrade is taking longer than expected and still going on. A notification will be sent out once everything is back up.


The outage for the development ITS Central RAC system has begun.  A notification will be sent out once everything is back up.


Description:  Development ITS Central RAC will undergo disruptive maintenance that will impact any service that connects to the development ITS RAC database.  The outage is due to a database upgrade from Oracle 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.3.  The upgrade will take approximately 2 hours.  This was supposed to be done during the planned outage on November 26th, but due to some issues we ran into, we had to put this off.
