ITS Services Status
Restoration of services is complete and all UTPrint dependencies appear to be responding normally. Print jobs queued prior to service restoration may have been purged during the restoration process. Should there be any additional UTPrint issues please contact the ITS Help Desk.
ITS Systems staff are attempting restoration of UTPrint services. Our next update will occur at 8:00pm.
Monitoring tools indicate Pharos printing services have stopped and attempts by ITS staff to restart them were unsuccessful. ITS systems staff are assisting with additional diagnosis. Engaging vendor support may also be required but is not available until Monday at 8:00 am.
ITS staff are investigating reported UTprint errors.
Users may be experiencing degradation in that service, and that our systems staff is being engaged.
As of 3:20pm, the Help Desk has received several reports from staff and students that are having errors printing in several labs across campus. When users are printing at McCombs or Jester computer labs using UT Print, the error states “cannot connect to the server.”
