RESOLVED:  Campus Network Connectivity Problems
Service Restored

There was an outage of external campus connectivity from approximately 8:35-9:05 this morning (12/18/2013).  External connectivity was restored and no further problems are expected.
A failure analysis is being conducted, and will be posted in January.

Connectivity has been restored. We are continuing to investigate the root cause.

From around 8:30 am - 9:10am, we experienced external campus connectivity problems. ITS is investigating this issue.
