RESOLVED: SmartVoice Maintenance - 12/19/2013 at 10pm
Maintenance is completed.
Brief outage to restart the SmartVoice core server to apply updates.
Thursday, 12/19/2013 at 10pm.
SmartVoice customers and their callers will be affected.
SmartVoice logins will be logged out. Callers will hear a “service temporarily unavailable” message. Downtime should only be a few minutes.
