RESOLVED: AT&T Distributed Antenna System (DAS) Node #6 Service Issues UPDATE:
This issue has been resolved.
AT&T services appear to be working normally at this node as the faulty equipment has been powered down. Crown Castle will continue to work with AT&T to order a replacement cabinet. Until that time AT&T cellular network capacity at this node will be slightly diminished, however, users are not expected to notice any issues.
UPDATE: 4:04 PM
Crown Castle, AT&T, and CommScope (equipment vendor) believe there is a problem with the remote electronics located at MAG that AT&T uses to feed the antenna. Spares are being located with no ETA at this time.
Next update will be on Tuesday January 21st around 9am.
This issue is still not resolved. Next update will be around 3pm.
AT&T wireless and Crown Castle are working to resolve intermittent issues with DAS node #6 on the Manor Parking Garage. Tickets have been opened with both AT&T and Crown Castle. I will send another update around noon today.
