RESOLVED: Email delays overnight
Service Restored

An errant spam rule installed installed on our IronPort appliances yesterday afternoon caused about 15,200 messages to be erroneously quarantined. No messages were lost, only delayed. The errant rule was corrected at 8:45 this morning, all messages except for about 120 were delivered by 9:30, and the remaining 120 were delivered by 11:15. Mail has been flowing normally since the rule was corrected.
