RESOLVED: RLM Network Connectivity
One of the telecom closets in RLM lost power at approx. 19:21:52. This resulted in all switches in that closet and wireless access points served from that closet being powered off. This outage was limited to the top 2-3 floors of the RLM building.
Power was restored at approx. 20:13:42. All switches and WAPs have returned to service.
Networking staff are investigating.
At approximately 19:45 on Mon 03 Feb 2014, the Help Desk started receiving reports that the network in RLM is unresponsive. Users are unable to connect to the wireless network or Ethernet ports in the building.
