RESOLVED: Potential Problems Accessing Austin Disk Services
The affected server has been returned to service.
It appears 7 of the larger Austin Disk shares were affected and roughly half of the users of those particular shares may have been affected.
Austin Disk is operating at decreased redundancy but the issue should be resolved from a user perspective as of approximately 1:50pm. Work continues to restore the redundant servers.
Engineering reported issues accessing their Austin Disk shares at 1:20pm. We are assessing the scope of the issue but other customers may be affected.
