RESOLVED: SmartVoice Maintenance 2/13
Maintenance is completed. All services are running normally.
Brief outage to restart the SmartVoice core server to apply Microsoft updates
Thursday, 2/13, 10 pm
SmartVoice customers and their callers will be affected.
SmartVoice logins will be logged out. Callers will hear a “service temporarily unavailable” message. Short downtime is expected.
