A delay in updates to TED this morning from approximately 9:30-10:27 affected propagation of EID password changes to UTLogin. As of this time TED is receiving updates normally and all pending updates have been processed
The Help Desk has received calls starting around 9:55 am today, February 26th, from customers who have recently changed their EID passwords and are now unable to login using the new UTLogin screen. They receive an error stating “You must change your password”. This does not seem to affect anyone who has not recently changed their EID password.
