The problem has been resolved.
There is an issue with accessing certain tools since the move off Fat Cookie on the TSC Tools yesterday (3/13).
This only affects users logging into certain tools. The network services themselves (wireless, wired, resnet, etc.) are functioning normally.
At approximately 2:30pm the ITS Help Desk lost the ability to search for users PNA information in the UT Net tools. When attempting to search users are asked for their password and it repeatedly asks for it regardless of how many times we enter it. This is affecting all consultants and Tier II reps, so it may be campus wide.
