The issue remains under investigation with the vendor.
This issue affects all Vertical Service Codes dealing with any type of Call Forwarding to include Call Forward Immediate enable and disable, Call Forward Busy enable and disable, Call Forward No Answer enable and disable, and Number of Rings.
While our vendor is working to resolve this issue, any users experiencing this problem can submit a trouble on line at https://utdirect.utexas.edu/tn/tr/index.WBX or call 512-471-5711 option 1 until issue is resolved
