RESOLVED:  PRC Network Problems
Service Restored

The PRC service has been restored to normal.  Working with vendor to determine root cause of issue.


There were problems on the backbone network connection between the main campus and the Pickle Research Campus this morning (Saturday, May 10) from ~10:30am to ~11:03am. Sites compliant with the connectivity requirements in the Network Operations Manual may have experienced partial and intermittent outages during this time. Non-compliant sites likely experienced a complete network outage during this time.

A temporary workaround has been put in place, and services should be restored to all sites. Networking staff are still investigating the cause.
