ITS Services Status

RESOLVED: EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE: Austin Core ISP Router
Service Restored

This maintenance is complete.  This router is now running normally.

OTS has been observing unusually high CPU activity with the routing process on the Austin Core ISP Router.

The Hardware vendor has requested that OTS perform a forced kernel dump to investigate further.

This maintenance may interrupt service for up to 10-15 minutes if the Router crashes and needs to be reloaded.

OTS will reserve 1 hour for this window in case of difficulty.

Sites Affected: All Sites

Customers Affected: All, however, most users will be rerouted to the Dallas ISP if the Austin Core Router needs to be reloaded.
