ITS Services Status
The host has been rebooted and taken out of service. All affected VMs have been powered back on.
At the vendor’s request, we are performing an emergency reboot of the host at 5:00pm. Customers with impacted VMs have been contacted and asked to gracefully shut down their VMs prior to the host shutdown. Impacted VMs will be powered back on following the host reboot.
Vendor support has been engaged. The problem appears limited to a particular host. VM customer technical contacts have been notified with the list of potentially affected VMs that are running on the host.
The UT-V team is currently investigating instability in the environment. The scope appears limited at this point but we are still working on determining that. We have reports of 3 VMs (out of approximately 1000) being unreachable over the network.
