ITS Services Status
We have worked with the application owner to resolve the immediate problem and all UT Direct services are now performing normally.
We will continue to monitor the environment. At this time this incident can be considered closed for the purposes of ITS Alerts.
ITS Systems staff have identified an application that is behaving abnormally which may be impacting UT Direct. They are working with the application owner.
The mainframe and mainframe services (broker, web agent, adabas) have been reviewed and verified to be functioning nominally.
An update will be provided at 11:15.
ITS Systems staff have confirmed that backend Mainframe systems are available, but some are running in a degraded state. This may appear is intermittent slowness in some applications.
ITS Systems staff continue to investigate.
The next update will occur at 10:50, or earlier as appropriate.
ITS Administrative Systems staff are investigating whether UTDirect and/or mainframe issues are at play.
ITS Help Desk staff members are encountering severe slowdowns or unresponsiveness from TRAC as of approximately 10 AM. Pages take upwards of 2-3 minutes to load. This issue may be larger than TRAC and may be related to all items behind UT EID login inside UT Direct. Several applications, including time sheets and EASI, are exhibiting the same symptoms.
