RESOLVED UTBackup CP01 unresponsive
Service Restored

The replacement hardware is in production and UTBackup service is fully restored. Backups and restorations are now available to all users

10:49 AM Update:

Replacement hardware is set to arrive tomorrow. Data backups and restorations will continue to be unavailable to some UTBackup users until the hardware is replaced.

Vendor support is engaged and the problem has been determined to be hardware related. Replacement hardware to resolve the issue is being shipped. Data backups to and restorations from UTBackup will continue be unavailable to some users.

An appliance within the UTBackup service has entered an unresponsive state. Data backups to and restorations from UTBackup will be unavailable for some users. For users affected, backups will queue until the appliance is brought back into service.
