ITS Services Status
The problem that caused some UT Lists e-mails to be lost has been identified and fixed.
Between 5 and 8:30 a.m. on December 4, 2007, approximately 450 outgoing e-mail messages sent through UT Lists were not delivered. Some of these messages were lost and are not recoverable.
Messages sent during this timeframe might need to be re-sent. A temporary solution is in place to ensure that more messages are not lost. ITS will communicate new information about the situation as it becomes available.
