As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/19/2016.

RESTORED: UT Lists E-Mail Delivery Interruption
Service Restored

The problem that caused some UT Lists e-mails to be lost has been identified and fixed.

List owners might have received “high bounce rate” errors resulting from the earlier e-mail loss. The errors have been eliminated. If you receive a “high bounce rate” error for your list after 2 pm on Dec. 4, e-mail .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Between 5 and 8:30 a.m. on December 4, 2007, approximately 450 outgoing e-mail messages sent through UT Lists were not delivered. Some of these messages were lost and are not recoverable.

Messages sent during this timeframe might need to be re-sent. A temporary solution is in place to ensure that more messages are not lost. ITS will communicate new information about the situation as it becomes available.
