Austin BlackBerry Services Self-Service Tool Unavailable
Service Restored

Service was restored at 9:45 p.m., Sunday, December 16.

The Austin Blackberry Services self-service tool is currently unavailable. Blackberry Services are functioning normally, however, users cannot currently subscribe or unsubscribe via TRAC. System Administrators are investigating the issue, but do not anticipate a resolution before Monday.
