RESTORED: Austin Disk Service Delay
Service Restored

On Friday, February 8, 2008, Austin Disk services failed over due to an issue with the SFTP service. Clients might have experienced delays with reconnecting to the service due to IP Security. Service has been restored.

If you continue to have problems connecting to Austin Disk, you might need to restart the IPSec Policy Agent service on Windows Vista or IPSEC Services on Windows XP. If you need help restarting IPSec, contact the ITS Help Desk.
