ITS Services Status
On Monday, February 11, 2008, from 2:25 to 6:30 p.m., Blackberry service on campus was affected by an outage on the network run by Research in Motion (RIM), which manufactures Blackberry devices. Blackberry users on campus were unable to send or receive messages, activate Blackberry devices, roam in other locations, or use services such as Internet browsing. Service has been restored and the ITS Blackberry server is now functioning normally. Any backlogged messages have now been processed.
