ITS Services Status
From about 10:45 a.m. to noon on Monday, February 18, 2008, there was a problem with the Restricted wireless authentication system. Any users trying to log in to the Restricted wireless network during this timeframe were unable to authenticate. Service has been restored.
On Monday, February 18, 2008, at approximately 10:45 a.m., the ITS Help Desk reported that users are unable to successfully log in to the restricted.utexas.edu wireless network. Users of both Windows and Mac platforms are experiencing this problem. ITS Networking is currently investigating the issue.
