RESTORED: uTexas Identity Manager Service Interruption
Service Restored

On Saturday, March 15, 2008, the uTexas Identity Manager database was updated and the issue has been resolved.

On Friday, March 7, 2008, around 11:04 p.m., the uTexas Identity Manager database became unavailable. UT Direct EID login was unaffected, but the EID self-service and administrative Web applications were unavailable. Service was restored on Saturday, March 8, 2008, around 2:05 a.m. The cause remains under investigation.
