RESOLVED: Premium E-mail (AEMS) Outlook Web Access Issue

Service Restored

On Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at approximately 12:01 a.m., some Premium e-mail (AEMS) services were briefly unavailable while the problems with Outlook Web Access (OWA) were being resolved. The OWA issue has now been resolved and service has now been fully restored.

On Monday, March 31, 2008, some Premium e-mail (AEMS) users have been unable to use Outlook Web Access (OWA) through the address Users experiencing difficulty should use the URL ITS is investigating the issue and will post updates as they become available.
