ITS Services Status
On Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at approximately 9:55 a.m., the issues with Premium E-mail and Calendar (AEMS) were resolved. Service has been restored to all users.
On Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at approximately 7:45 a.m., the ITS Help Desk began receiving reports of Premium E-mail and Calendar (AEMS) being unavailable. In some cases, the issue seems to be affecting entire offices. The problem is currently under investigation.
