RESTORED: Premium E-mail and Calendar (AEMS) Unavailable Through Outlook Web Access and Entourage
UPDATE: At approximately 12:40 p.m., all access methods to Premium E-mail have been restored.
At approximately 7:50 a.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2008, Outlook Web Access (OWA) became unavailable from https://wmail.austin.utexas.edu/exchange and http://wmail.austin.utexas.edu/owa/ . Entourage users are also currently unable to access AEMS.
OWA is still available from https://wmail.austin.utexas.edu/owa (please note the “https”). The problem is currently under investigation.
