UPDATED: Premium E-mail Intermittent Service Issues

Service Restored

From 11 p.m., Sunday, April 27, to 4 a.m. Monday, April 28, 2008, Premium E-mail customers might have experienced a brief interruption in connectivity as ITS performed additional maintenance on this issue.


On Friday, April 25, 2008, from 11 p.m. to about midnight, and on Sunday, April 27, 2008, from midnight to about 4 a.m., Premium E-mail customers might experience a brief interruption in connectivity as ITS continues to troubleshoot this issue.


On Wednesday, April 23, 2008, from midnight to about 1:00 a.m., Premium E-mail customers might have experienced a brief interruption in connectivity due to on-going troubleshooting.


During the university-wide migration to Exchange 2007, compatibility issues between Exchange 2007 and the system backup software have been causing intermittent service interruptions. Premium UT E-mail (AEMS) customers might experience problems with Outlook Web Access (OWA), Entourage, or Outlook. ITS is addressing the issue, and updates will be provided as they become available.
