RESTORED: Problems with Austin Account Changes
UPDATE: Service restored at approximately 4:30 p.m. Password requests made during the downtime were queued and are now in effect.
As of 3:23 p.m., any changes to Austin accounts, including password changes, are not being saved by the system. The cause of this problem is under investigation.
