RESTORED: Premium E-mail and Calendar (AEMS) Connectivity Issues

Service Restored

As of 7:55 a.m., the problem was resolved and all access methods to Premium E-mail were restored.


On Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at approximately 6:30 a.m., Entourage and Outlook Web Access (OWA) users began reporting problems with failed connections to AEMS. ITS is investigating the problem.
