ITS Services Status
UPDATE: Telephone service was restored as of 10:41 a.m. A hardware failure in the AT&T central office caused the problem.
On Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at approximately 9:55 a.m., some telephone connections began to experience intermittent problems to and from the local calling area. Calls to and from the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center are the most heavily impacted, although users on campus may also experience intermittent issues.
University personnel are currently working with AT&T to resolve the issue.
