RESOLVED: Outlook and Outlook Web Access Slowdown
Service Restored

As of 1:26 p.m., service was restored to its normal speed.


On Tuesday, June 17, 2008, at approximately 1:10 p.m., users began reporting slow e-mail delivery with both Outlook and Outlook Web Access (OWA). The problem is currently under investigation.
