Service has been returned to normal.
TXShop will be unavailable until Friday morning, July 18, while servers undergo maintenance.
As of 2:30 p.m., access to TXShop has been temporarily restored. Customers are required to enter their UT EID to browse or shop. Any customer who does not already have a UT EID can create one at www.utexas.edu/eid.
At 6:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2008, TXShop encountered some server issues. Users attempting to purchase items from a university store that uses TXShop will receive an error message. The problem is being investigated.
Users will be unable to purchase public network bandwidth or make any purchases from the SDS store until the problem is resolved.
