- Potential AEMS/Office 365 OS X attachment issues
Microsoft is in the process of deploying the update to the affected environments. Their next update will be 12/10/2013 2:00pm.
Microsoft has received reports that some Office 365 customers using Mac Outlook or Entourage (and ITS suspects Apple Mail may be included since it uses the same protocol) may be unable to send message exceeding 6 megabytes. Microsoft is performing an update to remediate the impact. Microsoft will provide further information at 6:30pm CST.
- RESOLVED: UTBackup Web Console - Slow Login and Fields Blank issue
Vendor support has determined that this was a database locking issue within the appliance itself. It is a known issue and is resolved by upgrading the appliance software which we are currently planning by end of year. The service is functioning again properly at this time.
UTBackup Service Administrators have been made aware of an issue where logging into the web console is slow and some fields within the web console are blank.
Vendor support has been engaged.
