10:06 AM - TID Printing from Mainframe unavailable
Under InvestigationAs of 9:50 am on 5/24/13 many customers (from multiple offices and departments) are reporting the inability to print mainframe documents using TID printers. We’ve verified that it is a TID issue by having customers try printing non-mainframe documents on the printers. System staff is investigating.

Service RestoredThis maintenance is completed.
We will be doing maintenance on the TIM PROD systems tonight, Thursday 5/23/13 between 9:00pm and 9:30pm.
No user impact is expected during this period, but we will provide an update should any occur.

4:48 PM - UTBackup Application issue
Under InvestigationITS Staff determined a small number of customers are using Archive Encryption setting “448-bit encryption with custom 448-bit key” and may experience authentication issues. Until further notice UTBackup customers should not enable this setting. Our investigation continues and updates will be provided as they develop.
UTBackup authentication and connections from the desktop application are unavailable to some customers. This applies only to individuals who enabled private encryption key option “448-bit encryption with custom 448-bit key” in their application’s security settings. Customers impacted by this condition are unable to log into the desktop application and all backups for affected devices have stopped.
