Canvas Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance (~ 5min downtime) on February 5, 2015 at 2 AM MST

We’ll be performing maintenance on your Canvas instance next Thursday, February 5th. A 60-minute maintenance window will begin at 2:00am MST. During this event your users will experience about 5 minutes of downtime where they are unable to access Canvas.

This maintenance event will be to apply security patches which will require restarting key database servers for your instance of Canvas.

We appreciate your understanding as we finish the process of addressing this issue. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions or concerns.

WHAT: The machines which serve Red Hat based virtual hosts and the UTCMS service will undergo emergency maintenance to have critical patches installed.
IMPACT: The affected web sites and UTCMS will be down for approximately 10 minutes while the machines which serve them are rebooted.
