6:41 PM - RESOLVED: UDCC Out-of-Band Network Maintenance extended
Service RestoredWork has been completed.
Maintenance is extending 15 minutes.
Wednesday, May 22, 2013 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Networking will be conducting network maintenance to replace the two Cisco Catalyst 6500 service chassis used to provide the out-of-band (OOB) service to UDCC. During each chassis replacement, the connected switches will be unavailable resulting in a loss of connectivity to DRAC, LOM, and other OOB interfaces for the duration of the outage. Each chassis will be replaced one at a time.Note: Firewall services provided by the chassis will remain operational during the maintenance due to the resilient design.

4:48 PM - UTBackup Application issue
Under InvestigationITS Staff determined a small number of customers are using Archive Encryption setting “448-bit encryption with custom 448-bit key” and may experience authentication issues. Until further notice UTBackup customers should not enable this setting. Our investigation continues and updates will be provided as they develop.
UTBackup authentication and connections from the desktop application are unavailable to some customers. This applies only to individuals who enabled private encryption key option “448-bit encryption with custom 448-bit key” in their application’s security settings. Customers impacted by this condition are unable to log into the desktop application and all backups for affected devices have stopped.
