- UTDirect: Inconsistent logoff time

ITS staff continue to work with vendor support on this issue.
ITS has received a new report of logoff delays on UTDirect. This appears similar to the situation reported as resolved earlier this week.
Users are eventually logged off after clicking the Logoff link, but it may occur immediately or take as long as 3 minutes.
To ensure immediate logoff from UTDirect, quitting the browser is recommended.
ITS staff are investigating.
