No new reports of this issue have been received in the past 60 minutes, and performance monitors appear to have stabilized. We are still awaiting a response from Microsoft. Next update at 10:00 PM.

Status of issue remains unchanged. A Premier ticket has been opened with Microsoft. The next update will be sent at 8:15 p.m.

The ITS Help Desk stated they are not receiving additional reports of issues at this time, but indicated previously impacted users continue to experience issues with access/slowness. Microsoft is not reporting any issues at this time. Continuing to monitor and next update will be sent at 7:15 p.m.

ITS Help Desk is not receiving additional reports of issues at this time, but indicated impacted users are still experiencing slowness. Continuing to monitor and next update will be sent at 6:45 p.m.

Monitoring currently shows no issues and ITS Systems staff are thus far unable to reproduce the issue. We are continuing to investigate, but current evidence leads us to believe this to be a transient problem for a limited number of users at this time.

ITS Systems staff is investigating.
The ITS Help Desk has received multiple reports of people being unable to connect or experiencing severe slowdowns. Many in the office are also experiencing troubles connecting. This seems to be affecting a majority of Office 365 users.
