Current Service Interruptions
- RESOLVED: SmartVoice Maintenance - 12/19/2013 at 10pm
Maintenance is completed.
Brief outage to restart the SmartVoice core server to apply updates.
Thursday, 12/19/2013 at 10pm.
SmartVoice customers and their callers will be affected.
SmartVoice logins will be logged out. Callers will hear a “service temporarily unavailable” message. Downtime should only be a few minutes.
- RESOLVED: Planned maintenance for QUAL ITS Central RAC running long
The maintenance has been completed and all services up.
The QUAL ITS Central RAC has been successfully upgraded, however, the security patches are still applying and taking longer than expected. While the security patches are being applied, the database is up and services should be able to connect.
- RESOLVED: Office 365 Network Issues
Service has been restored.
This issue is still under investigation but appears to be of limited impact. If you notice issues, please report them to the ITS Help Desk http://www.utexas.edu/its/helpdesk/
An update will be provided 12/19/2013 10:00am.
Some customers may be experiencing issues connecting to Office 365. There appear to be network issues up-stream from the University affecting a sub-set of Outlook.com IP addresses. Microsoft support has been engaged.
